La Mesa-Spring Valley Schools

Welcome to the ESSPN Sports League!  Student athletes will participate in three days of practice each week. Two days of sports practice and a day for social and emotional learning. Students are required to attend all three days of practice.

Goals of the ESSPN Sports League:

• Establish a sense of community and support.
• Compel and encourage healthy socialization between peers.
• Instill confidence, consistency, and leadership in youth.
• Access and teach confidence to boost youth self-esteem.

Before your student athlete can participate in practices, parents will need to register and provide evidence of health insurance. If your student does not have health insurance, district plans are available. If you have any questions please see your ESS Site Lead.
